Detailed presentation of the project content: The aim of the application is to develop a green field, nearly 500m2 of useful floor space, craned metal structure manufacturing hall, with an office and a social building in Harta, where technological equipment suitable for the production of increased weight and length steel products in accordance with new customer needs will be purchased. By building the 40 kWp solar system, we intend to provide part of the electricity used by technological and other devices with our own production. Consulting and training help to make the life of the enterprise more efficient.

Introduction of new technologies, capacity expansion, construction of a greenfield production hall at the new Harta location of MMA-MŰVEK Kft.
The greenfield investment of MMA-MUVEK Kft. is being implemented within the framework of the GINOP PLUSZ operational program, with the help of 195 million forints of European Union funding. Within the framework of the application, the company will build a new production hall, acquire technological equipment, and renew its operating environment through consulting and employee training.
MMA-Művek Trading and Service Ltd. is a company founded in 2004 with the aim of carrying out metal processing activities and trading in building materials. The ownership structure and profile of the company have changed several times. Since 2019, its sole owner and managing director is Zoltán Szauer. Since 2013, the actual activity of our company has been the production of steel and locksmith products (e.g. secondary steel structures of industrial facilities, bumpers, stairs, railings, street furniture, etc.), the delivery and installation of structures on site, primarily in industrial buildings and office buildings.
This investment is being implemented within the framework of the Széchenyi Plan Plusz program, with the help of 195 million forints of European Union funding.
The aim of the application submitted under the call for proposals entitled Support for Developments Helping Micro, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Adapt to Modern Business and Production Challenges with the identification number GINOP_PLUSZ-1.2.1-21 is to establish a greenfield, nearly 500m2 useful floor area crane-equipped metal structure manufacturing hall in Harta, with an office and a social building, where technological equipment suitable for the production of increased mass and length steel products in accordance with new customer needs will be purchased. As part of the investment, 4 welding machines, 1 band saw, 1 forklift and 1 plasma cutting machine were purchased and put into operation. The development creates the opportunity to manufacture structures of the size expected by our customers and ensures cost-effective operation and the replacement of subcontractors in the long term.

The implementation was slower than the original ideas, one of the reasons for which was the increased professional tasks of our company and the additional tasks of the tender and financing system.
